Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Contactless check-in is carried out in the apartment. The apartments can accommodate up to 6 guests. Complaints received after 9:00 PM will be processed the following day. Services on request: — Extra bed linen and towels: 1000.00 RUB. — Baby cot: 1500.00 RUB. Reporting documents are provided for business travelers. It is obligatory to provide a selfie with passport; transfer of deposit before check-in. If these conditions are not met, the management reserves the right to refuse the reservation. The deposit will be returned on the day of departure after the housekeeper has checked the apartment. The deposit will be forfeited in the event of non-compliance with the house rules. The house rules prohibit — Smoking of any kind in the apartment, on the balcony and in the entrance hall. — Noisy parties, disturbing neighbours. — Damage to property. — Staying in the apartment more than the agreed maximum number of people (the entrance is video monitored). — Staying with pets. — Leaving rubbish and dirty dishes in the apartment. Guests are expected to wash their own dishes, dispose of rubbish in the street bin and keep the apartment tidy. — Use extra linen and towels from the dryer (if they are dry and in the way, fold them neatly and put them in the cupboard). Stains on sheets and towels will be charged extra. Forgotten items are the responsibility of the guest.
