If your check-in time changes, please update the hotel. To use the property's free shuttle, please make a reservation at time of booking, and call upon arrival at Shimono-Osawa Station. You must check in by 19:30 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. Please call the hotel in advance, if you expect to arrive after 21:00.
