Om de verspreiding van het apenpokkenvirus te voorkomen, heeft het Indonesische Ministerie van Volksgezondheid de gezondheidsscreening hervat voor internationale reizigers (zowel Indonesische als buitenlandse staatsburgers) die Indonesië binnenkomen vanaf 27 augustus 2024. Dit omvat het invullen van een elektronisch zelfverklaringsformulier genaamd SATUSEHAT Health Pass, dat op een speciaal webplatform moet worden ingevuld. Alcohol and drugs are strictly not allowed at the property.
The property does not accept bookings from non-married couples. All couples checking into the same room must present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in as per the law. Otherwise, the property may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked.
A portable swimming pool is available on the property with an additional charge.
Hotel has a policy of not receiving any reservations made by non-married couples and that the married-couples has to present themselves with a valid government-issued identity prior to check-in such as Indonesian ID card (KTP suami-istri) / Marriage Certificate / wedding photos (foto-foto pernikahan). Failing/refusing to do so will result in the rejection of the reservation, In addition, alcohol, marijuana & drugs is strictly prohibited in this property.
