To check in and receive keys, you need to arrive at 3 Vostochnaya Street, entrance 4, phoning the apartment representative one hour before check-in. Early check in and late check out are possible by prior arrangement and for a fee. Arrivals and departures at night are also charged extra and must be agreed in advance.
