Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 to 9:00 PM. Guests are required to contact the property on the day of arrival from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM Moscow time. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. In case of a later check-in from 9:00 to 11:00 PM, an additional fee of 500.00 RUB will be charged by transfer to a bank card. Check-in is not possible after 11:00 PM.
