Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The front desk is open around the clock, guests can check in around the clock at any time convenient for guests. Contactless check-in by code call is possible, or in another convenient way. Guests must contact the property at the time of booking to arrange a check-in method. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Bed linen for an extra bed (sofas) is not included in the price. It can be purchased at check-in for RUB 380.00, or RUB 480.00 with delivery to the apartment. Paid 1 time per stay. During regular cleanings, linen change is free of charge. If desired, guests can bring their own extra set of bed linen. Early check-in and late check-out are possible. The hotel provides transfer from/to the airport, train station. To order a transfer, guests need to call or email the administrator: meeting point, flight number and time of arrival on the ticket. There are no smoking areas in the apartment. Early check-in and late check-out are paid by guests additionally: on Friday, Saturday, Sunday the surcharge is 100% of the booking cost, on other weekdays the surcharge is 50% of the booking cost.
