[ID card] Foreigner guests are requested to show a photo ID at check-in.
-According to local tax regulation, effective from October 1, 2018 guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
Tax JPY 200 per night per person - for room rate of JPY 19,999 and under per night.
Tax JPY 500 per night per person - for room rate between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night.
Tax JPY 1,000 per night per person - for room rate of JPY 50,000 and over per night.
Check-in is located at a different location from the property's address.
Check-in location: 5th floor, 544-2, Higashishiokojicho, Kyoto Shi Shimogyo Ku, Kyoto Fu, 600-8216, Japan.
Check-in time: From 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.
Guests arriving outside these hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.
-Housekeeping service is available for an extra charge of JPY 8,500.
-Room type with wood flooring may not able to use under the property circumstances.
-This is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
-JPY 7,200 will be charged for cleaning fee per booking.
-When booking for 6 or more rooms, different policies and additional charges may apply. This policy is imposed by the property.
-The property is located in a residential area and strictly enforces a no-party or excessive noise policy.
-Guests are responsible for all damages caused during their stay.
-Guests are not allowed to choose certain interior type of rooms.
