A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Guests are asked to register online and pay the city tax at least one day prior to arrival at the property to allow time for the property to verify details and send guests automatic entry codes.Guests will not receive codes immediately upon completion of procedures, only during opening hours, so it is recommended that all steps be completed at least one day prior to arrival.In case of arrival after 06:00 PM, they must notify the hotel at least one day before arrival and receive check-in instructions.
