As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Check-in end time: 8:00 PM. There is no front desk at this property. Guests should contact the property in advance at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation for check-in instructions and an access code; access will be through a private entrance.
