A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. The owners will then give you the exact address of the apartment and arrange to meet you there for check-in. Please note that a deposit of EUR 150 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. Air conditioning is available on request at extra cost. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the room rates.
