Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Calls are accepted from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM. For stays longer than 7 days, a weekly mandatory intermediate cleaning with change of bed linen and towels is provided, which is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 1200.00 for each cleaning. Payment for final and intermediate cleaning is made by depositing funds along with a security deposit on the day of arrival. For stays of 1 to 2 days, final cleaning and a security deposit are paid before the check-in instructions are sent to guests. The security deposit is returned by 00:00 in the absence of complaints regarding the delivered property and proper compliance with the rules of residence. The possibility of staying with small dogs is agreed upon in advance on an individual basis and for an additional fee. If signs of living with animals are found without prior approval and payment, a fine of RUB 3000.00 is imposed. A cradle with bed linen and a bath towel is available upon request for an additional fee of RUB 1500.00 for the entire period of stay.
