Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The apartment does not accommodate guests under 25 years of age. Guests are charged a prepayment in the amount of the cost of one night stay. Prepayment must be made by the guest no later than 48 hours before arrival. Check-in is from 14:00 to 21:00, check-out is from 09:00 to 12:00. Contactless check-in is organized in the apartments. Guests can check in from 14:00 at any time convenient for them, even at night. Guests are required to verify their identity by providing a scanned copy or passport photo (first page and registration, as well as a photo of their face). Guests are also required to pay a security deposit in the amount of RUB 2000.00 prior to arrival. The security deposit is required to ensure the safety of property and compliance with the rules of residence. The deposit is returned during the day of departure, when the maid takes over the apartment. The administrator will send all the necessary information. On the day of arrival, we will send you detailed instructions for settling in and a code for the key box.
