Smoking is allowed on the balcony (with the door closed and the window open), or on the balcony in the entrance. From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, silence is mandatory. The apartment is rented exclusively for living. The apartment is not a hotel, hotel services are not provided. Pets are allowed, this must be agreed with the administration in advance. The apartment is not rented for parties. If you provide false information about the purpose of renting an apartment, violators will be evicted without refund. Holding a photo shoot, a family holiday, a business event must be agreed in advance.
