As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Please note that 50% of total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. Once you have made your booking, the hotel will contact you directly to arrange payment by bank transfer or Paypal. Please note, you must pay the deposit within 48 hours of being contacted.
