This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to GBP 200 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Please be aware, there is currently building work happening opposite the apartment, the contractors only work on the development site during daytime working hours. The Brewery apartments have limited opening windows, they are fitted with a ventilation system to manage airflow but please be mindful before booking if this is not suitable for you.
