Please note that there is no reception desk at the apartment. Guests must confirm their arrival/departure time at least 3 days in advance so that special arrangements can be made for someone to meet them at the apartment. Guests are also advised to call the booking office 30 minutes before arrival. From 1 Dec - 31 Mar, check-in times are from 14:00 - 18:00 and check-out times are from 08:30 - 12:00. From 1 Apr - 31 Nov, check-in times are from 14:00 - 16:00 and check-out times are from 09:30 - 12:00. No check-in/out is available on 25 Dec and 1 Jan. This applies every year. Guests who are arriving outside these timings might have to pay an extra fee of EUR 20. === Guests can make payment via credit card before arrival, or pay cash (in local currency) at time of check-in. All payment must be settled by the time of check-in.
