Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Before arrival guests must pay an advance payment of RUB 1000.00 from the room. A representative of the apartment will contact guest after booking to inform him about ways of making the prepayment and about cancelation policy. A total cleaning fee of RUB 500.00 is required upon arrival.
