Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Prior to arrival, guests are required to pay an advance payment of 1 day from the cost of the reservation. Within a few days after booking, the hotel will contact you and provide information on how to make an advance payment. When choosing the method of payment upon arrival to the hotel a mandatory condition is the prepayment in the amount of 1 day. The amount is refunded in full upon departure, subject to the guest's observance of all rules. Prepayment is carried out by transfer of funds to a bank card, checking account or in person at the meeting on the day of booking the apartment (not on the day of arrival). Otherwise, the booking is canceled. A deposit of 3000 rubles is charged. The deposit is refunded at check-out in case the guests did not cause damage.
