Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Deposit: EUR 200.0 per stay
• Spring Break deposit: EUR 800.0 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 0.50 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 120 per accommodation, per stay (varies per unit size)
