Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in is 24/7. The apartment has 24-hour occupancy. The guest receives the keys through a case box and checks in contactlessly. On football days and public holidays, check-in is from 15:00, check-out is until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by agreement. Guests who check in after 18:00 pay the reservation 100%. The deposit is returned by transfer to the card on the day of departure, after checking and cleaning the apartment. It is possible to accommodate small pets for an additional fee by agreement. Reporting documents are available for an additional fee. We work with legal entities and individuals. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. For smoking there is a fine of RUB 5000.00. The following is prohibited in the apartments: Accommodation with large pets; Guests being drunk; Organizing events and parties. Payment of the security deposit and payment for accommodation is carried out using a link from the administrator, through a financial aggregator. According to Federal Law 115, insurance deposits to a bank card are not accepted.
