Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Remote check-in is provided. Guests are required to contact the property at least one day before arrival to arrange a time and receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Accommodation with children is allowed. Children under 18 years of age can only be accommodated if they live with their parents with documented proof of relationship. An insurance deposit is charged for the safety of property in the amount of RUB 2000.00, exceptions: - check-in of guests from 18 to 25 years old with a security deposit for the safety of property in the amount of RUB 5000.00. The security deposit is returned after cleaning on the day of departure, provided that all rules of residence are observed and there is no damage.
