Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Self-check-in is a smart lock, check-in data is transferred to guests after providing a passport and transferring the deposit by non-cash method. Early check-in and late check-out are paid additionally and are available by individual agreement. The deposit is returned after cleaning, but until 00:00 AM on the day of departure. In case of detection of violations, including smoking, an increase in the number of declared guests, parties and complaints of neighbors about noise, the deposit is not refundable. Damage and missing items require calculation at the current market value.
