Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in is 24 hours a day. Guests receive keys via a case-box and check-in is contactless. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. Smoking is subject to a fine of RUB 5000.00. Renting out is prohibited for guests with large pets, intoxicated persons and guests under 22 years of age for parties and events. According to Federal Law No. 115-FZ, security deposits on a bank card are not accepted. Payment of the security deposit and payment for accommodation is made through a financial aggregator, using the link sent by the administrator.
