Extra Informatie

• Meals: Meals (Min: 4 pax) be delivered in a buffet style at the villa (Breakfast: 08:00-09:30, Lunch: 13:00-14:30, Dinner: 19:00-20:30). Delivery times indicated may slightly vary.
   
• Check In/Out Policy: Check in time: 16:00, Check out time: 11:00. Early Check In/Late Check Out subjects to availability and is charged at 100% of the applicable night rate. Guests may check in to our reception office and can be escorted to the rented property or directly to the rented property.
   
• Electricity Allowance Policy: Electricity Allowance calculation is 80kw/day for the villas <200sqm and 150kw/day for the villas 200sqm>. Extra Electricity Usage will be charged 0.28EUR/kwh. Calculation is for the whole duration of stay
   
• Refundable Breakage Deposit: A refundable breakage deposit of 300.00 EUR is required prior check in.
