A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. The hotel does not accept arrivals after 20:00 without a telephone call. In case of arrival after 22:00 hours, you will find the key at the reception with your name on it. No arrivals will be accepted after 23:00; the car-park closes at 23:00 and after this time it is necessary to park outside the hotel area. Pets are allowed at a supplement of EUR 8 per night. Towels, bedlinen and final cleaning are included in the rate. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Hotel delle Rose, , 37010 Localita Frader 25, Torri Del Benaco.
