A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Please note that the pool is open from the 26th of April to the 27th of September and it's shared with the owner. For the exclusive use of the pool guests can choose to pay EUR 500/week. Heating is paid according to consumption. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
