Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 15 Oct 2023 until Sun 31 Mar 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 15 per person. Only well-behaved and tame small and medium-sized dogs are allowed (€ 7.00 day / dog), maximum two dogs per apartment. Dangerous breeds are not allowed.
