Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The minimum period for booking an apartment is 3 days. The apartment is designed for a maximum of three guests. Early/late check-in and check-out are possible, this is negotiated in advance and paid additionally. A deposit is provided. The deposit is refunded if there is no damage after inspection and cleaning of the apartment. In case of violation of the rules of accommodation, the deposit will not be refunded. Parties, smoking of any kind of cigarettes, including hookahs, as well as pets are prohibited in our apartments. It is necessary to comply with the law on silence. The cost of the transfer to the airport is RUB 1500.00, to the Kaliningrad-Yuzhny railway station — RUB 2000.00.
