A negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result is mandatory to check-in to this property. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in. Guests will receive an emailed rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property owner via email or fax prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property owner at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive check-in instructions from the property owner which must be printed out prior to arrival and check-in. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. The property owner will send a confirmation with detailed payment information.
