Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Electricity will be extra charge THB 6.00 per unit usage. Guests have to turn everything off when going out to conserve energy. Smoking allowed outside areas or by pool deck or terrace area only. No smoking inside the property please. Not suitable for pets. Cleaning and changing towels service is provided every 3 days. Bed sheet set will change 1 time a week. A cash security deposit of THB 7000.00 or its equivalent in any currency is required upon check-in. When booking a villa for a period of more than 7 days, a security deposit of THB 20,000.00 or its equivalent in any currency is required. A kitchen/kitchenette is available for an additional fee.
