Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Early check-in from 10:00 to 14:00 is paid separately RUB 1000.00, subject to availability of apartments. Late check-out after 12:00 to 15:00 is paid separately RUB 1000.00. A refundable security deposit of RUB 5000.00 is required upon check-in, of which RUB 450.00 will be deducted for cleaning. The apartments have a pass system; guests must have original identification documents with them — passport, international passport, driver's license, birth certificate.
