Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Early check-in from 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM is paid separately for RUB 1000.00 and is subject to the availability of apartment. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to an additional fee of RUB 1000.00 for each subsequent hour. Guests must inform the property in advance of their check-in time via a contact phone number. Upon check-in, guests are required to pay a deposit, which includes cleaning of RUB 450.00 (for the entire stay), which is deducted from the deposit upon check-out. Check-in is possible strictly from the age of 18, either with parents or by proxy from parents to a representative. The apartments have a pass system; guests must have original identification documents with them (passport, international passport, driver's license, birth certificate).
