Catch the sunset in Arches National Park and head to the Island in the Sky in Canyonlands National Park before your last hike to Horseshoe Bend. This is a hiking trip a good fitness level will help you enjoying all included hikes and activities. We recommend you bring a pair of trekking poles to use during more strenuous hikes.Hiking in these national parks can be hot during summer. Therefore, some of the hikes will take place very early in the morning or at sunset. Sun protection including a hat and sunscreen is a must, along with the capacity to carry at least two litres of water per person, as well as comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for hiking.
